Having had major issues with a national company carrying out repairs to my boiler a few years ago, who’s plumber left me in tears, I was very nervous when my boiler finally gave up the ghost and died, needing upgrading from a 30 year old central heating system to a modern combi boiler.
Having initially called out Tony to look at repairing the old one and being very impressed at the service I got I decided to use him to carry out the replacement. I was very impressed with both the price and the work carried out, he fitted the job in quickly, saying he did not want to leave me with no heating or hot water for longer than he absolutely had to, turned up on time, got on with the job and finished quickly, clearing up after himself and leaving me with a brilliant working central heating system, as I could not get time off work I was able to totally trust him with keys to the house and felt completely comfortable leaving him to get on with the work.
The service provided was excellent and I shall definitely contact him for any plumbing or heating jobs I need doing in future, a totally different experience from any I have had with previous plumbers and heating engineers and one which restored my faith in honest tradesmen.
